The Results 

On two distinct brands, we ran campaigns with Sales 1/1 and Sales 7/1 attribution windows. 

Brand 1 

  • Shopify ROAS was 28% stronger on Sales 7/1 optimization 
  • Native Meta 1/1 ROAS showed a 74% increase on the Sales 1/1 optimization 

Brand 2

  • Shopify ROAS was 41% stronger on Sales 7/1 optimization 
  • Native Meta 1/1 ROAS jumped 32% on Sales 7/1 optimization 

Why Longer Optimization Windows Work for Smaller Brands: 

Smaller budgets means limited signals being sent to the pixel. When expanding the attribution window, the algorithm can collect more data leading to improved performance.
